Osnat Loewenthal brings multidisciplinary expertise at the intersection of UX Design, Finance, Operations, and Technology. She is passionate about applying human-centered design methodologies to optimizing processes and workflows to resolve business and operations challenges.
Osnat started her career in multimedia and web design, creating immersive learning and training experiences for corporations, education, and government agencies. During the 20+ years of design work, Osnat held various creative roles, leading teams and managing projects. Prior to joining E2E, Osnat co-founded and managed a design consulting firm, offering UX, web and Instructional Design services to clients such as Google, eBay, and Stanford University. She developed the curriculum and led UX Design workshops at General Assembly. At E2E Osnat has been wearing many hats with progressive responsibilities, including design and marketing initiatives, managing the financial planning, internal operations, and onboarding processes. As part of the operations team, Osnat is focused on streamlining internal processes by leveraging technology, automating flows and integrating various data sources for increased efficiency, accuracy and speed.
Osnat holds BA Cum Laude in Political Science from Tel-Aviv University, BA with Honours in Design from Shenkar College of Engineering and Design in Tel-Aviv (joint degree with Middlesex University, London), and MS in Instructional Technologies from San Francisco State University. Osnat is currently working towards completing her accounting certification and CMA accreditation.
